Processing Time
Orders are processed and freshly baked within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation on WhatsApp and email once your order is placed.
Delivery Timeline
Metro cities: 2–4 business days. Other locations: 4–7 business days. Remote pin codes may take slightly longer. Tracking details are shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

Packaging Information
All products are vacuum-sealed and placed in sturdy, food-grade packaging with protective cushioning to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit. Gift packaging is available for special occasions.
Return Policy
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
